I really wish I had access to yoga when I was a dancer, and this is why I am so passionate about teaching them (both students and performers)!

Yoga can help dancers to:

– improve their strenght and flexibilityincrease body awareness
– build a healthy relationship with their bodies, based on respect and no-judgment
– learn tools to manage stress and performance pressure
